What are the type of gifts that can be found at AZ Gift Baskets?

AZ Gift Baskets focuses on creating gift baskets filled with food and gifts for all occasions. We are constantly making additions to our range of gift baskets and also do sourcing and packing of gift baskets using specific contents from customers. We also welcome inquiries from corporate clients with custom gift requirements. You can either email us or call us at 03 8733 7416 or 019 280 0416 for further information.

How do I shop at www.azgiftbaskets.com.my?

  1. Call us at 03 8733 7416 / 019 280 0416 and mention your order; OR
  2. Fill in the particulars on our Order Form and fax it to us at 03 8739 2329; OR
  3. Email us at sales@azgiftbaskets.com.my with the particulars of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

We will verify and confirm orders received by telephone, fax or email. Depending on the type of gift baskets, rders can be delivered as early as the following working day. This however still depends on availability of baskets and it's contents.

How do I confirm if AZ Gift Baskets received my order?

We will contact you once you have placed an order. If you placed your order through fax or email and did not receive a call from us within 2 hours, we would appreciate if you could contact us at 03 8733 7416 or 019 280 0416.

What is the delivery schedule for gifts by AZ Gift Baskets?

  1. Mondays to Fridays - 10.00am to 5.00pm
  2. Saturdays - 10.00am to 2.00pm
  3. Delivery service via PosLaju (usually for outstation deliveries) requires 3 working days.
  4. For delivery during festive seasons, customers will be advised on the next best delivery time.

How do I pay?

At the moment we accept payment by cash, cheque or online transfer. We will be accepting payment via credit card in the near future. Our bank account details are as follows:

Can gifts be sent internatioally?

At the moment, we can only deliver gifts throughout Malaysia. Depending on the nature of the gift, delivery areas may also vary.
  1. Flowers and cakes are very delicate so in order to ensure that quality and freshess is maitained, these can only be delivered to Klang Valley.
  2. Other (selected) gift baskets can be delivered throughout Malaysia. For deliveries outside of our Free Delivery Areas, a minimal delivery fee will be charged and the gift will be sent by PosLaju. Please allow 3 working days for delivery of gifts by PosLaju but on most occasions, the gift will reach the recipient within 1 or 2 working days.

What are the areas for AZ Gift Basket's "Free Delivery Areas"?

However, certain products e.g. selected items in the Baby & Mama Gift Basket range are done by our associates in another state thus a certain delivery fee will still be charged, eventhough delivery is within the above Free Delivery Areas.

What happens if the recipient is not at home when the gift is being delivered?

Our delivery person will normally call the recipient to arrange for a convenient delivery time. However, if such event still occurs, our delivery person will still call the recipient to inquire if it is alright to leave the gift another person whom is able to receive on behalf of the recipient.

Are the actual gifts the same as the ones portrayed in www.azgiftbaskets.com.my?

Yes but we still advise our customers that products featured on our website are still subject to availability and change. Whenever we are unable to deliver a certain product as featured in our website, AZ Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute your order with another item/product which is of equal or higher value.
